Lucas Grizz
Chief Executive Officer
Lucas Grizz, Chief Executive Officer at Raven Cargo, brings over 20 years of leadership in the logistics industry. Since Founding Raven in 2020, Lucas has driven the company’s vision, establishing Raven Cargo as a leading 3PL specializing in high-value, time-sensitive logistics solutions. His strategic leadership fosters innovation across automotive, electronics, and building materials sectors. Previously, Lucas served as Vice President of IT at REMPREX, a technology port automation company, where he optimized intermodal terminal operations through advanced automation systems. A graduate of DePaul University, he champions sustainable logistics practices.
Outside of work, Lucas enjoys exploring new coffee origins across Latin America, spending time with friends and family, and finding inspiration through fast cars, scenic drives, and mountain adventures. He is passionate about fitness and wellness, dedicating time to the gym and maintaining an active lifestyle that fuels both personal and professional growth. As an active member of YPO, Lucas values continuous learning, global connections, and the pursuit of excellence in leadership and life.
Scott Urban
Chief Technology Officer
Scott Urban, Chief Technology Officer at Raven Cargo, brings 25 years of expertise in developing innovative logistics solutions. Since joining in 2020, Scott has driven technological advancements, creating tools that enhance transparency and efficiency in supply chain operations. Previously, he served as CTO at NASCENT Technology for 24 years, specializing in software development, database systems, and hardware integration, with earlier experience at Sea-Land Service. A graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Scott is passionate about mobile apps and cloud solutions. His strategic vision strengthens Raven Cargo’s mission to deliver cutting-edge logistics technology.
When not working with the Raven team, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and their two Catahoula leopard dogs.
James Loewen
Chief Financial Officer
James Loewen, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer at Raven Cargo, bringing 15 years of financial leadership in logistics. Since 2020, he has driven sustainable growth through strategic planning and advanced analytics, optimizing fiscal performance. Previously, James audited Fortune 500 companies at Deloitte and excelled in financial consulting, enhancing cost structures and forecasting models. He has also assisted with IPOs on both Canadian and U.S. stock exchanges. A University of Calgary graduate with a CPA designation, he is committed to advancing logistics finance and sustainable practices. His expertise strengthens Raven Cargo’s innovative freight brokerage solutions. In his free time, James enjoys analyzing market trends and supporting community initiatives focused on sustainable logistics.
Outside of work, James enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with friends and family. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he follows everything from football and hockey to golf and baseball. He’s also passionate about great coffee, fitness, and exploring new places around the world.
Michael Szynalik
Chief Revenue Officer
Michael Szynalik, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Raven Cargo, has shaped the company’s commercial strategy since its inception in 2019. With over a decade of logistics experience, specializing in high-value, time-sensitive solutions for automotive, electronics, and building materials sectors. Michael has cultivated key client relationships, securing long-term contracts and driving revenue growth through innovative service offerings. His dedication to excellence fosters lasting partnerships and reliable service delivery.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling, golfing, exploring new restaurants, and recently embraced his favorite new role — being a dad to twin girls.
Hubert Troszczynski
Chief Operating Officer
Hubert Troszczynski, Chief Operating Officer at Raven Cargo, brings 15 years of logistics expertise to streamline transportation networks. Since 2020, he has led operations, delivering customer-centric solutions that enhance efficiency and drive Raven Cargo’s leadership in high-volume logistics. Previously, Hubert spearheaded transformative supply chain initiatives for top-tier shippers and brokers, optimizing cross-border logistics and implementing advanced tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility. His strategic foresight has cultivated robust operational frameworks, earning industry recognition for reliability. Hubert champions innovative, sustainable strategies, ensuring unparalleled service in a competitive landscape.\
Outside of work, Hubert enjoys working on anything with an engine and wheels, cheering on his favorite team—the Chicago Bears—and, most importantly, spending quality time with his growing family. Proud girl dad.
Bill Flanagan
Chief Compliance Officer
With over four decades of leadership in logistics and transportation, Bill Flanagan is a highly respected industry veteran known for his expertise in corporate retail distribution, dedicated private fleets, and end-to-end supply chain management. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and began his career in Big Box retail distribution, where he developed a strong foundation in operational excellence and large-scale freight management.
Throughout his career, Bill has built a reputation for strategic insight, risk mitigation, and cultivating strong carrier and client relationships across both domestic and international markets. His hands-on leadership and analytical approach have consistently delivered operational efficiencies, cost savings, and lasting partnerships across Fortune 500 corporations and emerging startups alike.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys time with his family—especially his three grandchildren—and is an avid supporter of Boston sports, Cape Cod fishing, and “The Ohio State Buckeyes” football.
Kevin Lee
Vice President of Carrier Sales
Kevin Lee, Vice President of Carrier Sales at Raven Cargo, brings 11 years of freight brokerage expertise to forge dynamic carrier partnerships. Since 2020, he has expanded Raven Cargo’s network, driving seamless freight operations across diverse markets. With a robust background in customer service, operations, dispatching, and compliance, Kevin has negotiated high-stakes contracts and implemented streamlined processes that enhance carrier reliability. His energetic leadership fosters connectivity and supports Raven Cargo’s mission to deliver reliable logistics solutions. Passionate about innovative practices, Kevin strengthens carrier networks through strategic collaborations.
